Just a quick one because it�s so so late�
We moved desks today�moving into our new specialised teams. I didn�t think I was going to have to move but at the last minute my bss decided that one of the new girls was too chatty and needed to sit by the team leader (what is this, primary school??? What happened to asking her to tone it down?) and so I�ve been moved to keep the other new girl company.
I�m happy with this, I�m back on a desk with the drawers on the left so my chair doesn�t keep getting caught and my back won�t get twisted�I have a foot rest so I didn�t spend the day with my legs crossed! I�ve tried to set my desk out similarly to how it usually is so I don�t get TOO upset with the change, but here it is�
�and after an AMAZING couselling session (I think the drive on Sunday really cleared some cobwebs�just driving clearheaded and thinking thinking thinking has done me SO much good), and a few words (tut tut), Matt and I finally made it to the shops! Wooo! And after another row (it looks like someone has been booting our front door in�and neither of us were in a good mood about that. I don�t know why we don�t support each other instead of pushing each other away), and putting it together, finding it didn�t fit, taking it apart, cutting a bit off, putting it back together and CRAMMING it in�we have this�
�say �oooooh��no, really, it�s SO much of an improvement, I can�t describe it! Please ignore the bit of peeling wallpaper you can see, the walls are crumbling so we can�t paint them, and the upstairs naighbours like to flood their bathroom so the wallpaper tends to wash off :o(
But smile at the organisation! And the Devil Duckie!
�we also had a lovely great big fat dinner at Harvester with Steph�we all ate sooooo much food we almost rolled out of the door and into the car and we laughed a LOT :o) I love the way Steph�s so random! Conversations may be a little confusing at first but they�re always fun and filled with lots of anecdotes�and I;m very amused by the amount I�m being called �bitch� ;o) hee hee
